How We Lead AliceCare@Home
AliceCare@Home is a well-led, values-driven organisation with clear oversight, strong leadership, and a culture of openness and accountability.
The Registered Manager provides visible, hands-on leadership and is actively involved in day-to-day operations, staff support, and quality assurance. Leadership is approachable and accessible, with an open-door culture that encourages staff to raise concerns, share ideas, and seek guidance without fear.
As an independent provider, AliceCare@Home is not constrained by franchise or corporate structures. This allows us to make timely, person-centred decisions that reflect the needs of our clients, staff, and local community. We are ambitious and forward-looking, using growth as an opportunity to invest in people, improve systems, and create clear progression routes within the organisation.
Governance and quality assurance arrangements are proportionate and effective. Care quality is monitored through regular supervision, spot checks, feedback from clients and families, and ongoing communication with the team. Learning from feedback, incidents, and day-to-day practice is used to drive continuous improvement.
Staff are supported through clear expectations, regular supervision, and access to training and development. Potential is actively identified and nurtured, with staff supported into senior and supervisory roles where appropriate. Career progression is encouraged, and qualifications are funded where aligned with role and responsibility.
Safeguarding responsibilities are clearly understood at all levels. Policies are embedded into practice, concerns are escalated appropriately, and staff are supported to act professionally and confidently in line with regulatory requirements. Overall, AliceCare@Home is led with integrity, compassion, and purpose — creating a stable, supportive environment where high-quality, person-centred care can thrive.
