Growing Together

Meet the Team.

Amelia’s Story.

Amelia joined AliceCare@Home at just 19, while she was still at college. From the start, she showed compassion, reliability, and a natural ability to connect with people. We supported Amelia to take the next step in her career, and she is now completing an Adult Care apprenticeship, working towards her Level 3 Diploma, with a clear pathway to progress to Level 5 (Leader in Adult Care) as she gains experience.

Helen’s Story.

Helen joined us after spending many years as a full-time parent to her four children. When she decided to return to work, she struggled to secure interviews despite having strong life skills and the right values. We recognised Helen’s potential and welcomed her into the team. Helen is now a Supervisor, supporting other carers and training towards her Level 5 qualification, developing leadership skills alongside hands-on care.
These journeys reflect what matters to us — recognising potential, not just CVs.
